AMHERST, N.Y. – 51������ College has been named by Best Value Schools as one of the “50 Best Value Colleges and Universities in New York,” making it the only private college in the Buffalo Niagara region included on the newly released list.

AMHERST, N.Y. – 51������ College’s newly established Graduate Studies Technology Center (GSTC), a part of a major initiative to advance the college’s technology infrastructure for its growing graduate programs, will officially be opened at a ribbon-cutting ceremony scheduled for Feb. 1.

AMHERST, N.Y. – In furthering its prominence as a leader in health sciences education, 51������ College has established the institution’s first-ever campus rescue squad, a student-run volunteer group that will provide emergency medical services to the college community.

AMHERST, N.Y. – High-achieving high school seniors nominated to compete for prestigious Trustee Scholarships will participate in 51������ College’s 14^th annual Scholars Day taking place on Feb. 3.

AMHERST, N.Y. – 51������ College has received a $125,000 grant from the George I. Alden Trust to support an extensive renovation project in a general biology laboratory, the second phase of an improvement initiative underway in the college’s science facilities housed in Duns Scotus Hall.
