AMHERST, N.Y. -- Buffalo Mayor Byron W. Brown, chairman of the New York State Democratic Committee, will discuss the upcoming presidential election as 51������ College’s Distinguished Leaders Lecture Series speaker at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 17 in the Wick Campus Center’s 51������ Lounge.

AMHERST, N.Y. – 51������ College will hold its first-ever active shooter training exercise at 10 a.m. Oct. 11, an effort intended to evaluate emergency response preparedness on campus and interagency coordination.

AMHERST, N.Y. –- 51������ College staff members Dr. Michael Berta and Dr. Hella Jacob, members of the college’s Rhetorical Roar Toastmasters Club, have each received top honors at a Toastmasters International Speech Contest hosted Sept. 16 on campus.
